Once again the expert council of "MediaTEK" - the 5th All-Russia competition for news media, press-services of fuel-and-energy companies and regional ministries of energy - has highly appreciated the competence of the magazine "ELECTRIC POWER. Transmission and Distribution" in the field of editorial publicity. On results of competition in 2019 the edition has become the winner among the federal media in two nominations: "TEK in focus" (best expert edition about fuel-and-energy complex) - 2nd place and "State-of-the-art production and TEK development" (expert editorial publicity in fuel-and-energy complex development and introduction of new technologies) - 3d place. The publisher was awarded in nominations for successful promotion of the magazine "ELECTRIC POWER. Transmission and Distribution" and high quality of elaboration of special issues for "Rosseti" group of companies. Remarkably, the magazine “ELECTRIC POWER. Transmission and Distribution” is the unique trade edition that wins and takes places in one or several nominations in every “MediaTEK” competition it takes part in. Besides, in 2019 the edition has become the unique independent magazine for electrical network specialists that was marked by the expert council of the competition. Four hundred and forty three requests from 54 regions were applied for the federal round of “MediaTEK-2019”. The major part was from Khanty-Mansiysk autonomous district-UGRA (23 requests), Irkutsk region (21 requests), Leningrad region (20 requests) and Yamalo-Nenetskiy autonomous district (17 requests). The most successful participants have become the divisions of PJSC “Gasprom” - 15 places. The divisions of PJSC “Rusgidro” and “Rosseti” group of companies have taken 12 places each. One other leader is PJSC “T Plus” – 5 places. Awarding of winners will take place on October, 02-04, 2019 on the floor of international forum “Russian Energy Week” (REN) in Moscow. The All-Russia competition “MediaTEK” has been held since 2015. Federal and regional news media, journalists, PR-departments of fuel-and-energy companies and regional administrations take part in it. The main aim of the competition is competence improvement of energy companies in editorial publicity, delivery of information about fuel-and-energy complex development projects to people, promotion of projects related to popularization of field-related occupations and mainstreaming of power, oil and gas engineers’ labor.
