CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE
Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure Planning for Kemerovo City Based on MultiAgent Modelling
Voronin V.A, Nepsha F.S. (T.F. Gorbachev Kuzbass State Technical University, RTSoft – Smart Grid LLC)
Abstract. The paper considers the problem of modeling and planning the development of electric charging infrastructure on the example of Kemerovo city. To solve this problem, a simulation model of the electric charging infrastructure and the behavior of electric vehicles has been developed. The simulation model allows to simulate the change in the state of charge of the batteries of electric vehicles during the day and the resulting needs of electric vehicle drivers for charging, considering the characteristics of urban infrastructure and the location of charging stations. Based on the results of simulation modeling, an assessment was made of the need for commissioning new charging stations in the city of Kemerovo for the period up to 2028. An assessment of the additional electrical load on the city electrical network from electric charging stations is given.

Tomin N.V., Shakirov V.A., Kurbatsky V.G., Popova E.V., Sidorov D.N., Kozlov A.V. (Melentiev Energy Systems Institute SB RAS, Irkutsk) Korev D.A. (PJSC RusHydro)
Abstract. Energy communities are associations of several territorially close microgrids, whose consumers have the opportunity to exchange surplus energy produced, including using renewable sources. The efficiency of functioning and the duration of the aggregation of such a community is determined by a number of economic, environmental, social and technical factors that must be taken into account, both at the stage of its design and at the subsequent stage of operational management. In the first part of the presented article, a detailed analysis of new approaches and examples of design energy communities in the world and in Russia was carried out. Modern multi-criteria approaches to the creation and management of energy communities are considered. On the basis of the conducted analytical studies, a conclusion is made about the need to develop multi-criteria approaches to the design and management of energy communities, taking into account the various interests of its participants. Promising tools for solving this nontrivial problem are the methods of multicriteria decision making, multicriteria optimization, and artificial intelligence. In the second part of the article, a unified multicriteria approach to design and optimal management of the renewable energy community proposed by the authors will be considered, taking into account many complicating factors. Its effectiveness will be demonstrated on a numerical example for three remote villages in Primorsky Krai. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is demonstrated by the example of an energy community created for three remote villages located in Primorsky Krai.

Rank Analysis and Ensemble Machine Learning Model for Forecasting the Daily Energy Load in the Central Power System of Mongolia
Rusina A.G., Osgonbaatar T., Matrenin P.V. (Novosibirsk State Technical University)
Abstract. The electric power system is a complex object that includes a large number of structural elements connected hierarchically. The task of modeling structure and predicting the process occurring on it both as a whole and in its elements is key issue in managing the operating modes of the power system. This paper presents works whose aimed at studying the forecasting of consumption in nodes and proposes a methodology which developed at Novosibirsk State Technical University. This study is used method of machine learning based on the random forest algorithm to forecast a daily load schedule and are used rank coefficients to simulate consumption at the nodes of this energy system. The software realization is completed by using the Python programming language. The results of this paper showed that consumption in any nodes of power system can be determined by rank coefficients.

Domyshev A.V., Barakhtenko E.A. (Melentiev Energy Systems Institute SB RAS, Irkutsk) Ilyushin P.V. (Energy Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow)
Abstract. Decentralization of generating capacities together with introduction of different distributed energy resources (DER) demand creation of micro-grids and control systems to provide their maximum operation efficiency and reliability of the consumer power supply. The article describes the objectives and goals of micro-grid control systems, formulates the common control objective, considers the typical architectures of control systems and the main types of communication topologies. Main provisions of multi-agent control system standards and future-proven trends of developing the methods of distributed optimal micro-grid control are specified in this article. It demonstrates that application of state-of-the-art approaches to the design of control systems and the information-communication infrastructure enables creation of efficient multi-agent control systems for micro-grids.

About the Directions of the Investigation of the Dancing of Wires on Overhead Power Lines
Mirzaabdullaev A.O.
Abstract. The analysis of theoretical and practical researches of dance of wires of overhead power transmission lines (further – ALs) on the materials, published in the world and domestic periodical press, and also by results of experience of application of developed means of protection of wires and lightning protection cables on operating ALs is carried out. Physical and mathematical models of the process are considered and, taking into account low efficiency of the developed means of protection against dance of wires and lightning protection cables of ALs, new approaches for the research of dance of wires and oscillations of chain-link as the interconnected physical pendulums with the use of the methods of theory of oscillations of mechanical systems are offered.

CABLE LINES
Short-Circuit Currents in 6-500 kV Electrical Networks Containing Cable Lines
Dmitriev M.V.
Abstract. Active and inductive impedances of overhead and cable lines are important for calculating various normal and emergency operating modes. In particular, they are important for the correct determination of short-circuit currents of the network, on which the choice of the cross-section of wires and cables, as well as the choice of switches, depends. The use of correct parameters of cable lines, taking into account all the main influencing factors, shows that in the high-voltage cable networks of our country, the real currents of three-phase and single-phase short circuit can be up to 30% higher than those values possessed by the specialized organizations.

On Comparison of Node Substation Switchgear Diagrams and Some New Principles of Their Design
Grinev N.V. (PJSC Rosseti affiliate — IDGC of Urals)
Abstract. The article considers the 220 kV node substation switchgear diagrams and a brand-new diagram with three-dimensional topology. They were compared by means of Markov circuits. The unified model considers failures and the idle time of electrical equipment. The diagrams are ranged by reliability. Selection of a diagram is viewed to be a two-criteria feasibility challenge.

Improving the Quality of the Output Voltage in Multi-Pole Wind Generator
Zubkov Yu.V., Ivannikov Yu.N., Makarichev Yu.A. (Samara State Technical University)
Abstract. In wind power plants (wind turbines) of direct drive, various types of generators are used: asynchronized machines, synchronous generators with permanent magnets, inductor generators, etc. But for high power wind turbines, exceeding several megawatts, traditional multi-pole synchronous machines with electromagnetic excitation have competitive advantages both in terms of technical and economic indicators. The article discusses ways to improve the quality of the output voltage and energy parameters of a synchronous generator by improving the shape of the magnetic induction curve in the air gap of the machine and suppressing the tooth harmonics of the EMF. The results of numerical simulation of the magnetic field of the machine, output voltage and electromagnetic torque are presented.

Evaluation of Ester Oil Mixture Impact on Paper Insulation Condition
Lutikova M.N., Korobeynikov S.M., Ridel’ A.V. (Novosibirsk State Technical University) Konovalov A.A. (PJSC Rosseti)
Abstract. The article provides the results of aging simulation of paper insulation samples steeped in transformer oil mixtures with the ester dielectric liquid (10%, 20%, 30% of the volume). Their impact on the electric insulation paper condition has been evaluated. Aging of the paper steeped in insulation mixtures of the transformer oil and synthetic ester Midel 7131 has been carried out with 90–130°С for 2000 hours. The conclusion is that cellulose de-polymerization goes the quickest in the mineral oil itself. When the synthetic ester is added to the transformer mineral oil in the amount of 10% to 30% of the volume, it improves the thermal stability of not only the oil but also the paper steeped into these mixtures (at 110°С – in 4-10%, at 130°С – in 16-36% relatively to the polymerization level of the paper aged in the oil). The positive impact of ester-oil mixtures on cellulose insulation aging intensity is visibly registered.
