Abstract. Digitalization of the distribution networks is based on integration of smart power meters, new automation devices, active-adaptive components of sectionalizing and voltage adjustment. A special focus is on optimizing the structure and the operating modes based on the online consumption monitoring data by means of control and information support systems, i.e. automated HW/SW complexes and the expert systems. The article contains the study of loading modes and losses during optimization of the distribution network sectionalization together with the check of its transformer adjustment capacities in operation to support the rated voltage level at power supply points. Besides, the article presents the structure of the integrated expert system for the equipment diagnosis and the description of the SW set for the closedloop distribution network mode calculation.

Solar Inverter Effi ciency in Real Operating Conditions
Ainulloyeva I.N., VaskovA.G., Dolmatov V.A. (NRU MPEI, Moscow)
Abstract. When designing and assessing the parameters of in-use solar power plants, it is convenient to use weighted average characteristics, e.g., the average efficiency factor of its components. The inverter passport usually contains either the maximum or the weighted average efficiency factor defined in compliance with the European standard DIN EN 50524. The value of such weighted average efficiency factor is defined by the statistical processing of data on the inverter operation in partial load conditions. No one of these values considers the real operating conditions (primarily, climatic) typical for the Russian Federation territory. The article proposes the primary assessment of the weighted average efficiency factor obtained for the solar power plant operating in the city of Moscow. For this purpose, the authors have developed the monitoring system for actinometrical and meteorological parameters and the operating mode of a solar power plant. This monitoring system provides data analysis, storage and visualization. A huge scope of data has been stored and processed during two years of being in operation. A remarkable result is the possible assessment of solar inverter efficiency in real operating conditions.

Abstract. The Far Eastern Federal District (FEFD) is a challenging region due to its geographical location and the vast territory. The power system of FEFD comprises several isolated power systems with individual operation modes. With regard to fuel delivery, provision of generating capacities and the possibility of backing up the most complicated power system is that of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). To provide the reliable operation of the power system in such conditions, the significant resources and the developed power infrastructure are required. For this purpose, the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) has worked out the roadmap and the program of its power industry development. The article describes the circuit-mode performance, the “bottlenecks” of the power system of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), and the measures taken to improve the transfer capacity of its power facilities, including development of anti-emergency automation equipment, to be carried out until 2029.

Use of Logical Diagnosis Models for Efficiency Improvement of Submersible Extraction Units
Romanov V.S. (Togliatti State University), Gol’dshtein V.G. (Samara Polytech)
Abstract. Challenges of intensive operation and wear out to critical values of submersible electric installations (SEI) within power supply systems for the oil industry are described in this article. Based on the statistical SEI failure database in Povolzhski oil-producing region, the analysis and the assessment of main operational defects together with the procedures of organizing the SEI diagnosis have been carried out. The methodology of SEI operation efficiency improvement that enables detection of critical weak points of SEI, formulation of their interconnection with SEI structural and diagnostic performance and making the statistic analysis of its reliability indices and the diagnostic parameters has been considered. The article presents the developed logical diagnostic model of SEI that provides for assessment and classification of defects’ evolution, evaluation of their evolution trend and interconnection with other components.

Intelligent Methods for Determining the Electrical Strength of Oil Insulation for Diagnosing Power Transformers
Melnikova O.S., Gushchin S.V. (Ivanovo State Energy University), Leontiev I.V. (branch of Gazprom Invest LLC – Gazprom Repair)
Abstract. Power transformers are the most important equipment in a power system. Their failure can lead to serious consequences, for example, ignition of transformer oil, subsequent fire and explosion. Therefore, improving existing and developing new methods for diagnosing insulation using intelligent software systems are an urgent problem. The article presents the results of research on determining the electrical strength of transformer insulation based on regulatory methods and a developed method for assessing the statistical characteristics of the electrical strength of oil. An algorithm and calculation program have been developed to determine the diagnostic parameters of insulation based on the results of the experiment.

Information System for Analyzing of High-Voltage Bushings Condition
Andreenkov E.S., Ivanov D.A., Skorubskiy V.E., Shunaev S.A. (Smolensk branch of NRU MPEI)
Abstract. A justification is given for the method of measuring parameters characterizing the state of insulation for the implementation of an information and analytical system for monitoring the state of a high-voltage bushing without disconnecting it from the network. A model of the high-voltage transformer input is considered, taking into account the connection of other substation equipment, on the basis of which the dependence of the measured parameters on the equivalent capacity of the substation equipment is assessed. The required accuracy was determined, and a diagram of the measuring system was developed. Functional requirements for the means of software implementation of the information and analytical system are formulated. An algorithm for assessing the state of insulation using a fuzzy expert system has been developed, which allows assessing the state of a high-voltage bushing based on the values of the bushing capacitance and dielectric loss tangent, on the basis of which application software has been implemented using Fuzzy Logic Toolbox in the Matlab environment. The obtained results of assessing the condition of the bushings using the developed analytical system are verified by comparison with experimental studies on samples with different insulation states.

Using Machine Learning to Determine the Maximum Possible Value of Induced Voltage on a Disconnected Power Line
Gorshkov A.V. (Kompleksnaya Diagnostika, LLC)
Abstract. It is shown that the voltage induced on a disconnected and grounded at the ends of the power line is described by a linear regression equation, the coefficients of which are a priori unknown. A method for determining the maximum possible value of the induced voltage is proposed, based on machine learning of a mathematical model of the induced voltage based on the results of synchronized phasor measurements of the voltage induced on the disconnected power line and phase currents of the influencing power lines. A sequence of machine learning operations for a mathematical model of induced voltage has been developed. Various models of induced voltage have been trained on synthetic data sets simulating the results of synchronized phasor measurements of induced voltage and currents power lines. It is established that mathematical models using standard machine learning algorithms can lead to extremely inaccurate and unstable forecasts of the maximum possible value of the induced voltage. To obtain acceptably accurate and stable forecasts of induced voltage, it is recommended to use a model using the Tikhonov regularization algorithm, which takes into account information about measurement errors of induced voltage and currents power lines. For the practical implementation of this method, it is necessary to develop a phasor measurement unit (PMU) of induced voltage and phase currents power lines.
