nies in Russia and abroad and related organizations on topical issues in the
fi eld of operation and development of power distribution networks, encour-
aging the exchange of best practices among power industry professionals.
2. Development of new and adjustment of existing technical solutions to im-
prove the effi ciency of power distribution network operation.
3. Promoting a unifi ed technical policy in the power distribution sector.
STANDOUT CONFERENCE FEATURES
The event is supported by the Ministry of Energy
of the Russian Federation with the assistance of:
• JSC United Energy Company (UNECO) – one
of the largest power grid companies in Mos-
cow;
• Executive Committee of the Electric Power
Council of the Commonwealth of Independent
States (EPC of CIS);

Engineering Institute" (MPEI);
• Melentiev Energy Systems Institute of the Rus-
sian Academy of Sciences Siberian Branch;
• “ERA of Russia” Association – all-Russian In-
dustrial Association of Employers in the Elec-
tric Power Industry, the largest association of
employers in the fuel and energy sector.
To date, the conference is the only Russian
event focused solely on the issues of the power
distribution sector.
The event participants are leaders and techni-
cal specialists representing various categories of
organizations-owners of power distribution net-
works from large state holding enterprises to small
private organizations and energy departments of
